A realtor friend needed a faster way to capture property walkthroughs — hands busy, eyes on the house, not a clipboard. This small app uses voice control on site and smart categorization after the fact.
The problem
Walkthrough notes get fragmented: photos in one app, bullet points in another, details forgotten by the time you're back at a desk. The workflow needed to start where the work actually happens — inside the property.
The approach
Voice capture while walking a listing. AI-assisted categorization — condition, features, concerns, follow-ups — so raw observations become structured assessment data without retyping everything later.
Still early. I'm documenting design decisions, trust boundaries (what the model suggests vs. what the agent confirms), and what "good enough to ship for one person" looks like.
Full case study when it's ready. More detail coming as the prototype hardens.
